Reservation Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
Our general terms and conditions of sale apply within the framework of the regulations in force and, in particular, decree n°94.490 of June 15, 1994. The purchase of a
stay implies the buyer’s acceptance of all the provisions of the general terms and conditions of sale below.
1-Reservation and payment of family and individual stays: the reservation becomes firm when a deposit of the price of the stay has been returned to SAS
CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT- CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE within 7 days of dispatch of the contract. After this period, the contract is
considered as cancelled, and the reserved place is offered for sale again. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday,
full payment is required at the time of booking. Vacation vouchers are accepted.
1.1-Booking methods. Reservations for stays can be made by post, e-mail or fax, and must indicate the exact number of people, the
service chosen and the type of accommodation.
A telephone call can be used to obtain additional information to that contained in the sales brochures.
1.2/Booking proposal. Following a telephone call or written request, a quotation or booking contract will be sent by SAS CAMPING
DEVELOPPEMENT- CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE. It will include a list of the various elements making up the holiday, as well as the
financial conditions granted.
1.3-Confirmation: the reservation becomes firm when a deposit of the price of the holiday and a copy of the contract signed by the customer have been returned to SAS
CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT- CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE within 10 days of the contract being sent. Once this period has elapsed, the contract is
considered cancelled, and the reserved places are once again offered for sale.
1.4-Payment for the stay : Payment of the 1st deposit, i.e. 25% of the total cost of the holiday, on reservation. Payment of a second deposit, i.e. 50% of the
total cost of the holiday, 30 days before the start of the holiday. Payment of the balance at the end of the stay, on presentation of a summary invoice for the entire service.
Failure to pay the second deposit before arrival may result in non-access to the Residences and be considered as a last-minute cancellation.
2.a-Family and individual arrivals: the customer must arrive on the day and at the time indicated. A 24-hour period is allowed. After this time, and without
notifying SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE, the reservation will be cancelled. No refund will be made.
During the summer school vacations, stays start at 5pm and end at 10am on the last day. If you arrive before 5pm, your
accommodation may not be ready. Outside these periods, accommodation options are listed in our brochure.
No refunds will be made for early departures.
In the case of boarding: the first service is dinner (except in special cases mentioned on the booking contract) and the last service, on the day of departure, is lunch.
However, after agreement with our booking department, we can offer you a service adapted to the organization of your trip (possible supplement to be paid on site at
).
Campsites are open until 7:30 pm. After this time, no stay is possible.
3-Cancellation of family and individual stays: more than 45 days before the departure date, 5% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Between 45 days and 30 days before
the departure date, 25% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Between 30 days and 10 days before the departure date, 50% of the total cost of the
stay will be retained. 10 days before the departure date, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. No-show, without agreement with the reservation, within 24 hours
following the start date of the stay, and/or cancellation and/or interruption of the stay in progress, is equivalent to a cancellation.
4-Modification: in the event of the holiday being modified in any essential way, before it begins, by SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT
– CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE or the service provider, the customer may, within 7 days of being notified :
– either terminate the booking and the deposit paid will be returned in full,
– or agree to take part in the modified stay by signing an amendment to the contract, specifying the changes made and the price reduction or increase that
these entail.
5- Services for families and individuals : You are responsible for the upkeep of your rental during your stay. To ensure that subsequent guests are well looked after,
your rental must be left clean when you leave. For your convenience, we offer a cleaning package for a fee: please consult your campsite reception.
Baby cots and chairs can be hired from your campsite reception, subject to sufficient stock at the time of request.
6-Stay content: – Accommodation rental: a fully-equipped lodge or cabin. Sheets and towels are provided – beds
made
– Pitch rental: provision of bare pitches with water and electricity
7a-Security deposit for family and individual stays: no security deposit, but we ask that accommodation be left clean. Possibility of reserving a
cleaning service when booking.
8-Supplements :
– Taxe municipale de séjour : On all our sites, a mayoral decree requires holidaymakers to pay a tourist tax. The amount must be paid
on site (except in special cases mentioned in the quotation or booking proposal)
– Pets: 45€ per week or 7€/day (short stays). This service implies the respect of strict rules: 1 animal/accommodation, presentation of the
vaccination booklet.
– Cancellation insurance: this insurance is not included in our rates, but can be taken out when signing the contract (please contact us) or
when booking via our website.
9-Insurance: insurance, repatriation and cancellation cover are not included. The management of our facilities cannot be held responsible
for theft or damage to personal belongings both inside and outside the campsite. We advise against bringing valuables or large sums of money
. For the duration of their stay, holidaymakers at SUZE LUXE NATURE campsite are covered by the operator’s civil liability insurance for
any personal injury or property damage for which SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE is held responsible.
9a – Cancellation insurance: SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE strongly advises you to take out
cancellation insurance with the reservations department, in order to benefit from their guarantees. This insurance is optional and can be taken out on request from
. Customers are offered optional cancellation insurance as part of the services sold. The SAS subscribes to the insurance CAMPEZ COUVERT –
GRITCHEN AFFINITY 27 rue Charles Durand – CS 70139 – 18021 BOURGES Cedex.
10-Claims Upon entering the rental premises, please report to reception within 72 hours, after checking the inventory, any missing items, breakages,
anomalies or poor cleaning. If you fail to do so, you will be held responsible and the accommodation provider may claim the amount of the damage. No complaint
can be taken into account after the stay if it has not been formulated at the reception point and at our offices at the beginning of the stay.
Complaints which arise during the execution of the Contract must be introduced as soon as possible, as from the observation of the failure concerned,
to the and, if necessary, to any other service provider concerned, so that a solution can be sought immediately. All claims
Complaints made after execution must be sent to SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE as well as to the aforementioned service provider, at the latest
within one (1) month following the end of execution of the Service. Complaints must be sent by any means allowing
receipt by SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE
. In this context, the customer must respect the personal and confidential nature of all correspondence with SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT –
CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE.
In the absence of a satisfactory response and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the mediation process of disputes of the
consumption, the Client has the right to use the mediation service offered by SARL Escapade free of charge. The “consumer law” mediator
thus proposed is CM2C (Centre de Médiation de la Consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice) This mediation system can be reached by:

11 – General Data Protection Regulation and registration on the list to object to cold calling
11.1 All orders will be subject to a computer recording accessible by the Client on request at the following address contact@suzeluxenature.com
11.2. The personal data that may be collected by SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE are subject to
processing for the purpose of carrying out communication operations and providing services. These personal data, those relating to
information and service provision operations may be processed for the monitoring and improvement of the partnership relationship, as well as
in the context of anti-fraud measures and in the application of legislation in the context of the fight against money laundering, and the financing of the
terrorism.
11.3. This data may be used for the personalisation of offers and the sending of information on the services offered or distributed by the SAS
CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE. The persons concerned have the right to access, rectify, oppose and
deletion of their personal data, as well as the possibility of defining specific directives relating to the retention, erasure and
the communication of this data after death. They can exercise these rights at any time by sending their request to the webmaster they can

Consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone can register free of charge on an opposition list to the
cold calling.
12-Aid: SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE is approved by the ANCV for holiday vouchers. They owe us
be sent as quickly as possible.
