A story of happy beehives and family passion
Behind the Vahé Apiary, there are Anthony and Aurélie as well as Mireille at the Vinsobres honey house and a whole little buzzing world. Together, they pamper their bees as they travel between the wildflowers of the Drôme, Ardèche and Isère. Result? A symphony of honeys: lavender, garrigue, flowers of Provence, and even a royal jelly worthy of a royal banquet.
Their secret? No artifice, no stress, just nature, respect for the living, and lots of patience. Real old-fashioned know-how, just the way we like it.

We like to work with local, inspiring products. Honey from Rucher Vahé is used sparingly in some of our recipes, depending on the season and the chef’s inspiration.
A fillet here, a touch there… we won’t tell you exactly where, but we can tell you one thing: it makes all the difference on the plate and on our menu!
